Lederman Art & Design aims to have orders completed and delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Factors that may delay delivery of an order within that time frame may include weather, order size, equipment malfunctions, sorting delays within the shipping service network, or disaster.

If a print is damaged during shipment, email Alex at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of receiving your damaged print so we can make the proper arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process, please include photos of the outer packaging and damaged print.
